Kirsty Woodford, of Waltons Avenue, Holbury, was caught on February 11 in a Peugeot 208 on Edgar Road, a court heard.
Woodford, 34, had 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35.
She pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on April 2.
Woodford was banned from driving for 16 months, with a 16-week reduction available if a course is completed by February 2 next year.
She must also pay a fine of £300, victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85. This has to be paid by June 2.
