AN e-scooter was seized by police after it was being used near a Hampshire theme park.
New Forest Police stopped a rider on the bridge that goes over the M27 just before Paultons Park.
It's currently illegal to use a privately owned e-scooter on a public road without complying with a number of legal requirements or use it in spaces set aside for pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders.
This includes on the pavement, footpaths, cycle lanes and bridleways.
