Peter Symonds College's annual Progression Fair attracted more than 1,500 students.
Held at Mercers’ Sports Hall, more than 80 exhibitors, ranging from universities, accountants, architectural firms, the NHS and the Armed Forces, provided students with a diverse range of opportunities beyond sixth form.
For the very first time, the college added a quiet slot for students with mobility issues or crowd anxiety.
They also introduced a support hub, offering help from professionals such as Refugee Education UK, University transition teams, and international admissions staff.

Debbie Mahoney, head of careers, said: "It was fantastic to see so many motivated students gathering so information from such a diverse range of exhibitors.
"As well as showcasing the degree courses, higher and degree apprenticeships, training and employment opportunities on offer, we highlighted how to access the practical information that would enable the all-important successful transition from sixth form college onwards.
"The day was a whirlwind of activity and the Careers team has already seen an increase in appointment requests as a result of it.
"We're working hard to help furnish students with the information they need to make informed choices about their next steps."
The fair came after their recent Careers Day, which had 150 specialist talks from industry professionals to assist students in exploring career choices.
