A WINCHESTER man has been fined more than £450 for dropping a cigarette butt in Southampton city centre.
Nathan Edward, of Romsey Road, must pay £476.75 after littering in Bedford Place on April 20, a court heard.
Edward, 28, was found guilty by the single justice procedure on Thursday, January 25 at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £220 and must also pay costs of £168.75 and an £88 victim surcharge. The total amount of £476.75 must be paid by February 22.
