Mike Marchant, senior auction appraiser at the Whiteley-based auctioneers, said: “The site currently comprises 12 vacant lock-up garages and benefits from consent for demolition of the garages and the construction of two, three-bedroom houses. We anticipate keen interest.”

The auction ends on Wednesday, 7 February, with live bidding 48 hours beforehand.
Clive Emson Auctioneers, in its 35th year and members of Southampton Property Association, have been instructed by vendors to sell a total of 135 lots, of which 71 are vacant residential, 16 investment, 30 commercial, 11 development and seven grazing/land.
