A HAMPSHIRE man has been given a community order for having for than 35 indecent images of children.
Kyle Kirkham, of Elm Road, Bishop's Waltham, was found with 38 images on Sunday, August 8 2021, a court heard.
Kirkham, 23, pleaded guilty on Thursday, November 30 at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
At sentencing on Wednesday January 17 he was given a community order, lasting until January 16 2027 and must complete a rehabilitation activity for up to 60 days. Kirkham must also do 200 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
Kirkham was also placed under a sexual harm prevention order until January 16 2029 and must register with the police for five years.
He must pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114 by February 14.
