A MAN from Ireland has been fined more than £3,000 for attacking two police officers and using racist language in Winchester.
Ben Treacy, of Cross Bagnells Town, County Karlow, attacked the officers on Saturday, September 2.
Treacy, 27, pleaded guilty at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Monday, January 1.
He must pay a total of £300 in compensation for the attacks.
Treacy also has to pay a fine of £3,461 and costs of £85 for using racist language.
