A food trust has recently launched its fifth annual winter appeal to raise essential funds for meals to those facing food insecurity this winter.

Several organisations in Hampshire will benefit from the support the Country Food Trust provides, including Trinity Winchester, Andover Foodbank and Basingstoke Foodbank.

Food insecurity is still on the rise as the cost of living crisis bites for a second winter. The Country Food Trust, which is a registered charity, is committed to alleviating this by delivering high-protein nutritious meals to those in need.
