A MAN from Bishop’s Waltham who drove without insurance has had his application to re-open the case refused.
Jack Bryant, of Northfield Close, was caught driving an uninsured Audi along the M27 by Rownhams Services last year.
The 29-year-old applied to re-open the case after he was convicted but this was denied at Aldershot Magistrates Court in October, more than a year on from the offence.
