Scaffolding has been put up around part of a derelict medical centre, as demolition work continues.
Demolition of the Friarsgate Medical Centre began at the start of October with the internal fixtures and fittings being removed.
The building will be replaced by an open space as a 'meanwhile use', as part of the larger Central Winchester Regeneration scheme.

Workers have been removing the internals, before putting up scaffolding ready for the demolition of the exterior.
A planning application for the demolition was permitted in May. The building has been empty since 2014.
An October Winchester City Council meeting heard that the demolition would be complete by Christmas.
