BRADBEERS has announced the opening date for its long-awaited Salisbury store.  

The family-run chain of department and furniture stores, which is based in Romsey, has announced that it will be opening a store in Salisbury.

It will move into the former Debenhams building on Blue Boar Row on Friday, October 27, and will be opening its doors at 9am. 

The premises has had an extensive refurbishment in the last few months and will offer products from well-known suppliers across womenswear, menswear, shoes, fashion accessories, fragrance, cosmetics and homewares. 

A restaurant offering hot and cold food and drinks will be available to customers throughout the day.

Director Greg Davies said: "‘It is a great opportunity for us to be able to open in Salisbury. 

"As an independent department store, we know that High Street retailing in local towns is still thriving, and we look forward to a long future serving the locality here."

Bradbeers was established in 1837 and is known for its association with market-leading brands with a keen focus on customer service excellence. 

The opening period will see additional brands added in the coming weeks. The company is also providing a range of employment opportunities for the city.
