A WINCHESTER offender has been charged with breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) just days after it was enforced.

Kevin Lambert, 37, of Hyde Gate was charged with breaking his interim order after he was seen in Winchester High Street on Saturday, October 7.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court imposed the CBO on Tuesday, October 3, banning Lambert from the High Street and city centre supermarkets, after he pleaded guilty to seven counts of theft and two counts of threatening behaviour.
Lambert was remanded in custody for breaking the ban and appeared before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Monday, October 9 where he was bailed until November 21.
