A YOUNG girl from Winchester has been baking her way into the hearts of city residents with her cake sale for cancer research.
Rosa Walsh, 10, decided to put on her pinny and bake the sweet treats to raise money for charity after one of her family members became ill.
Despite her age, she organised a charity bake sale, raising hundreds of pounds for Cancer Research.
Rosa said: "The charity is very close to my heart, especially right now, and I want to make sure I've done my part in helping the clever scientists in finding new medication to make people better and hopefully find a cure for cancer."

The cake sale has been in the planning for a few weeks.
Her mum said that Rosa “chose the recipes, helped with the online food shop for ingredients and baked so many delicious cakes”.
Rosa had already received £500 in donations through her JustGiving page before the cake sale had begun.
The target for the bake sale was £150 but that target has been massively exceeded and has so far raised £882.
Rosa attends ToastAndTea, which runs supplies wrap-around care for several schools, including Weeke, Westgate, Barton Farm, from St. Barnabas Church in Weeke.
Elise Farzam, who runs ToastAndTea, said: “It is important to recognise that Rosa took on this fundraising herself, did the five hours of baking and we are very proud of her.”
