A WINCHESTER company has been heavily fined for failing to help the police.
Keneteco Ltd, based on St Martins Close, Winnall, was found to have failed to give information relating to the identity of a driver of a vehicle when required.

A court heard the offence happened after November 7 and concerned the driver of a Renault Kangoo.
Magistrates in North West London fined the company £1,000 and ordered it to pay a surcharge of £400 and £110 costs.
The penalties must be paid by June 30.
