Winchester City Council permitted every application put before them this week.

In Denmead, Mr and Mrs Buxcey can have a single storey rear extension at 3 Hambledon Road.

Mr and Mrs Gill's application was permitted for a first floor side extension and porch canopy at Shaw House, Pudding Lane in Headbourne Worthy.

In Micheldever, Andrew Maurice Theobald's application for work at Barn Cottage, Church Street. It is to replace a leaking section of the roof to the back extension which is in poor condition. Also the replacement of clay tiles with slate tiles to tie into the rest of the roof. 

Edwina Curtis Hayward, in Northington, had an application permitted for the conversion, repair and refurbishment of the existing animal barn, extension of the garage wing, and relocation of stables. This is at Totford Farm, Totford Hill.

In Alresford, a retrospective plan from Mr and Mrs Male was permitted for a single storey rear extension, new roof to outbuilding and rear dormer to existing loft bedroom. This is at Fircroft, Inhams Row.

In Soberton, Caroline Wade can have a wooden shed on a concrete base on residential land to rear garden, at Holmwood, Church Road.

In Winchester, Mark Roberts had application permitted for the conversion of a small rear room to a bathroom at 16 St James Villas.

Mr and Mrs Brooking can remove an alcove partition in spine wall, form infill extension at rear and reposition pipework. This is at 10 Clifton Terrace.

Mr Petifer's application for replacement signs at The Willow Tree, 14 Durngate Terrace, was permitted. 

Rupert Evans had an application permitted for the addition of a sedum to roof of modern extension at 57 St Cross Road.

Ellen and Michael Vrana had an application permitted for minor external and internal alterations and general refurbishment at Mulberry House, 9 St Thomas Street.

Simon Merson's application for new signage at Westgate House, 82 High Street, was permitted. 

Charlie and Rebecca Lingard and Flynn had an application permitted for a ground and first floor extension and alterations to dwelling plus associated works at 20 Sermon Road.
