A MAN who rode his motorcycle dangerously five years ago has been jailed for eight months.
Philip Queen, 59, admitted the offence and was sentenced at Winchester Crown Court on Friday.
He had also pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a police officer in uniform on the M3 near Winchester on May 29 2018.
Queen, of no fixed abode, was on an X-reg Kawasaki, magistrates in Basingstoke heard on Friday January 13. He has been held on remand since.
He also pleaded guilty to having no test certificate for the machine.
As well as the jail sentence Queen was disqualified from driving for 12 months. With time served on remand he is set to be released in a few weeks.
