AN Eastleigh man was killed when he was hit by a train near Basingstoke railway station.
Kevin Colbourne, 53, of Whyteways, Eastleigh, died at around 1.30pm on March 16 in Basingstoke, an inquest heard.
The hearing on Monday, April 3, was told that Mr Colbourne had to be identified by fingerprints.
A post-mortem said Mr Colbourne had died of multiple injuries.
Area corner Jason Pegg adjourned the inquest until February 14, 2024.
