A Hampshire woman has been fined hundreds of pounds for flying back to the UK without a Covid testing package.

Kirstie Andrew, of Horders View, Swanmore, arrived at Heathrow Airport on April 18 last year having failed to adhere to the international travel protocols in place at the time.

She was found guilty at Greater Manchester Magistrates' Court via single justice procedure on Wednesday, August 24 and fined £200.

The bench further ordered her to pay a surcharge of £34 and £85 in costs.

Andrew has until September 21 to settle the full balance of £319.
