A DEMENTIA action group is hosting a mini festival in hope of educating and supporting the local community with the memory loss disease.

Romsey Dementia Action Group (ROMDAG) will host Mini-Demfest on September 11 at the Crosfield Hall, Romsey, to provide the community with all it needs to know about dementia.

The free event runs from 10am – 3pm with stands from numerous local organisations offering support and advice to families living with dementia, including carers support groups, financial planning, how to stay fit and continue being independent at home.
